What DotProduct stores

What your assistant never does

Google user data

Sign in with Google. If you choose "Continue with Google", we receive your Google account's email address and whether Google has verified it. We use it only to find your existing DotProduct account and sign you in. We don't store anything else from it.

Google Calendar. If you connect Google Calendar, DotProduct asks for permission to view and edit events on your calendars (calendar.events). Your assistant uses it for two things only:

It doesn't change or delete events it didn't create, and doesn't read your calendar for any other purpose.

How it's handled. Your Google access tokens are stored encrypted and used only from our servers. Calendar events aren't copied into a separate database; they're read when needed. The events your assistant reads pass through Anthropic's Claude, which plans your assistant's next step, and can remain in your conversation history with your assistant until you delete your account. Anthropic doesn't use this data to train its models.

What we never do with Google data. We don't sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI or machine-learning models, ours or anyone else's. We don't transfer it to anyone except the processors above, and only to provide the features described here. People at DotProduct don't read it unless you ask us to (for example, for support), it's needed for security or abuse investigations, or the law requires it.

DotProduct's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removing access. Disconnect Google under Connections in your dashboard: we revoke the token with Google and delete it. You can also remove DotProduct at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting your DotProduct account removes everything, including your conversation history.

Who processes it

DotProduct runs on Cloudflare. Conversations and call briefs are processed by Anthropic's Claude; call audio by ElevenLabs; telephony and messaging by Twilio and WhatsApp; websites your assistant visits for you, in a hosted browser by Browserbase (Browserbase keeps no recordings; the step screenshots are stored by us); email by Resend; payments by Stripe. Each receives only what it needs for that step.
